Pulsar 21.5" Borosilicate Water Pipe with Dual Percs and Ice Catcher
The Pulsar borosilicate water pipe combines a 21.5-inch tall frame with heavy filtration, designed for users seeking smooth hits without excessive bulk. Finished with a branded vertical etch and a standard 19mm female slide joint, this pipe fits most standard bowls seamlessly.
Dual Filtration System
To ensure a cool draw, the smoke travels through a dual-perc setup. The lower glass chamber features a honeycomb perc with numerous tiny holes for fine bubble filtration, while the upper chamber utilizes a showerhead perc that creates a misting effect for additional cooling and dispersion.
Double-Layered Base and Ice Catcher
The base is constructed as a double-layered beaker, providing stable support and extra water capacity. Inside, a 3-inch ice catcher cone and splash guard dome sit ready for use. The colored cone (featuring perforated holes at the base) acts as a splash guard to keep water out of the mouthpiece and can hold ice for extreme cooling. Colors vary, offering blue, green, or frosted white accents on the cone and top rim.

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some orders may take longer to fulfill depending on availability. Once your order is shipped, arrival can take another 3-5 business days.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
All items purchased from must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:
- Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Any glass damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. Headshop.com strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked and is insured.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
- All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.
