Shipping Policy
Florava Pure cares about what happens to your package. Because of this, we purchase, on our dime, delivery confirmation on all First Class Mail shipments sent via USPS. Most vaporizers and larger items sent with FedEx will already have this information, and Florava Pure can adequately track this with no specialty needs. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the order as soon as our warehouse has packed your shipment up.

Note: If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00 pm EST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.
PRIVATE & SECURE
It is no one’s business what you order online. All Florava Pure orders will be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There will be no indication of the contents on the outer packaging, no Florava Pure logo, and no product indications. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department,” along with our address.
HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some orders may take longer to fulfill depending on availability. Once your order is shipped, arrival can take another 3-5 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you so much for buying from Florava Pure. We appreciate your business. If you are here, however, it would suggest there is a problem. We are happy to help.
It is an excellent idea to do your research before buying any product online. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be made on items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Our amazing staff is more than happy to answer questions ahead of your purchase, so please do not hesitate to ask. We will do our best to make sure you have all of the information you need.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
All items purchased from Florava Pure must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:

Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.

Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Any glass damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. This does not include repayment for expedited shipping from the initial order.

Florava Pure strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless they can be tracked and are insured.

Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals.
Florava Pure, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange. All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS
Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, such as larger shipping costs and customs fees, we may not always be able to accommodate.

Florava Pure reserves the right to modify or change this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will always be posted on this page.
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery! All glass damages must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to be considered for a refund or exchange.
